Overview

Southland’s motto is “From the farmgate to Asia’s dinner plate.”
Southlands aims to be a major Australian food exporter into
Asia. As disposable incomes rise in many Asian economies
consumers can afford new things, and one of the first they will
demand is new, tasty food and beverage options.
Southlands first product under development is Pondicherry a
South Indian beer brand. Southlands has engaged an
experienced brewer to develop the product and is engaging in
market research for the product in India.

public company director. He has a
wide network of contacts and
relationships in a variety of sectors.

Trent Paola
Founder &
Executive Director

Trent has over 35 years experience in
the trading of fruit and vegetables,
initially at Flemington Markets in
Sydney. In 2014 Trent founded and is
the Managing Director of Paola Farms
Pty Ltd which specialises in the export
and wholesale of premium Australian
fresh produce.

Bradley Senn
Founder &
Executive Director

Bradley has over 25 years experience
in marketing and export of fruit and
vegetables. He founded Exim Trading
in 2007 and is the Managing Director.
Exim is recognised as a world leader in
the supply of high-quality fresh produce.
